Sheila Meggison, CMT

Sheila Meggison, CMT, graduated from Wellspring School of Allied Health in 2013. Sheila has a wide range of work experience in health-related fields, including physical therapy offices she currently practices in. She also has experience in Advanced Reiki and Craniosacral Therapy. Sheila is a part-time instructor.

Peggy Vasquez-Hawkins, LMT

Peggy has a massage therapy diploma from the Institute of Myotherapeutic Studies in Phoenix, Arizona. Peggy has over 22 years of experience practicing in the massage therapy industry including practicing in over 16 different modalities. She has previously been an instructor in the Phoenix, AZ area and has written for several different national newsletter. Peggy is a part-time instructor.

Jennifer Christensen, LMT

Jennifer is a 2008 graduate of & diploma recipient from Wellspring’s 750 Hour Massage Program. She is a licensed massage therapist and is a Reiki practitioner and is also experienced in many other modalities. Jennifer is a part-time instructor.

James Whittaker, MS

James earned his B.S. in Psychology from University of Kansas, Lawrence, KS. He then earned his Master’s in Physical Education from the University of Kansas in 2000. Jim has been teaching in personal training for many years and has experience as a school administrator as well. Jim also likes to volunteer for several causes in his spare time and is a part-time instructor.

Heather Johns, CMT

Heather holds a certificate from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy along with additional training in Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki. She is the program manger at the Lawrence campus and a part-time instructor.

Deborah Johnson, CMT

Deborah is a graduate of Wellspring School of Allied Health’s Massage Therapy program, receiving a diploma. Deborah has had additional training in Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial release, and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Music Education from the University of Kansas. She is a part-time instructor.

Alicia Chance, LMT

Alicia graduated from WellSpring in 2011 with a diploma in Massage Therapy and is nationally certified. She also has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Biology from Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla, Missouri.  Alicia is also Reiki master of the Usui style. She is a part-time instructor.
