Here at WellSpring, we understand the importance of student relationships, learning in a comfortable environment and having fun! Because of this, the staff plans a number of events to foster community at the school.
WellSpring Student Activities
Halloween: Every year, students dress up in costume and enjoy treats to celebrate Halloween.
St. Patrick’s Day: Students are encouraged to wear green on this day and even bring apparel to decorate with green.
Thanksgiving Potluck Feast: The week of every Thanksgiving the students, staff and faculty organize a Thanksgiving potluck feast. From turkey to mashed potatoes to pumpkin pie, everyone enjoys this special day.
Constitution Day: Every September, the school celebrates this special day by posting fun facts about the Constitution. Click here to see some uncommon facts.
Winter Hot Chocolate: At least one day in the winter, when the days get colder, WellSpring provides hot chocolate to students to warm up.
Individual Group Events: Each year students, staff and faculty plan their own fun and festive events and potlucks. From Greek food day to organized outings, these events add flair and personality to each group of students that attend WellSpring.
Outside Classes: Whenever the weather permits and the classroom subject matter allows for it, instructors do take their classes outside to enjoy some fresh air.
